Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling conflicts may occur. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients. Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframe: Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows, deposit will be held as an inconvenience fee.
